DROP BOX SYSTEM - HOW IT WORKS...
1. Register Your Skates

Visit our shop to register your skates with our convenient QR code system. Link your skates with us through a third-party app, SkateSkan, where you can fully customize your sharpening preferences. Learn more about skate sharpening HERE.
2. Drop Off Anytime

With your QR code sticker in place, you can drop off your skates at our secure drop box (Langley or Abbotsford), even outside of regular business hours. The drop box is always accessible, ensuring you can get your skates sharpened at your convenience.
3. Sharpening

Our team checks the drop boxes daily during operating hours. Any skates found are picked up, scanned to update your order status, and then queued for sharpening.
4. Pick Up & Notification

Once your skates are sharpened and ready, you’ll receive a notification via the SkateSkan app, letting you know that your skates are ready for pick up. Simply stop by during business hours to pick up your freshly sharpened skates. It’s that easy!
5. Pre-Pay & Track Your Balance

Pay for your skate sharpening services in advance by loading your SkateSkan account. Each time a skate associated with your QR code completes a full sharpening service, the service is automatically deducted from your account balance.
